Burr Coffee Grinder Cleaning and Calibration Guide

Coffee oils and retained grounds affect consistency. Cleaning intervals depend on coffee type and use, and water must not enter the motor or burr chamber.

Empty and unplug

Remove beans, run out remaining grounds only as instructed and disconnect power. Note the grind setting before disassembly.

Remove approved parts

Follow the manual for hopper and upper-burr removal. Use a grinder brush or vacuum designed for dry debris; do not force adjustment threads.

Avoid unsuitable cleaning

Do not wash burrs or internal electrical parts unless explicitly permitted. Avoid rice or improvised cleaners that the manufacturer does not approve.

Reassemble and recalibrate

Seat parts correctly, return near the recorded setting and adjust gradually while running only if directed. Dial in again using measured coffee and output.
