Refund Policy
When and how ADLTHUB issues refunds.
Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be issued for eligible cases including damaged items, wrong items received, non-delivery, or approved returns under our Return Policy.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. After review, we may offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct the issue with a replacement or refund.
Non-delivery
If tracking shows no progress or your package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier before issuing a refund or replacement.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-refundable cases
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Products excluded from return due to hygiene or safety reasons once opened.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
