You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, unless the product is non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Conditions

• Item must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Original packaging and accessories should be included where possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will provide return instructions or an alternative resolution.

Return shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Because many items ship internationally, a refund without physical return may be offered when return shipping is impractical.
