Wireless Charging Alarm Clock Troubleshooting Guide

A charging clock combines a mains-powered clock with a wireless charging surface. Troubleshoot the power path first, then confirm the phone and charger use compatible standards.
Verify the power supply
Use the supplied or manufacturer-specified adapter and cable. A low-output computer port may power the display but not the charging coil. Inspect for damage and try a known-good compatible outlet without stacking unsafe adapters.
Align the phone
Place the phone centrally over the marked charging area and wait for its charging indicator. Remove coins, cards, magnetic mounts and other metal objects. Reposition rather than repeatedly sliding the phone across the surface.
Check the case and device
Very thick, metallic or misaligned accessory cases can block charging. Confirm that the exact phone model supports wireless charging, remove the case for a test and restart the phone if wired charging also behaves unexpectedly.
Respond to heat or blinking
Mild warmth can be normal, but stop use if the device becomes unusually hot, smells, swells or shows damage. Let it cool, clear obstructions and consult the manual’s indicator guide. Replace only with approved power accessories.
Before you decide
- Confirm model, measurements, materials and compatibility.
- Compare the complete cost and practical limitations.
- Read current safety, care, warranty and return information.
- Keep records of important specifications and seller terms.
